Registration

Fees

In line with the recent past editions of TIME, this year's costs are:

• Early bird registration (before September, 16th): 250 € (included VAT)
• Late registration (before October, 16th): 290 € (included VAT)

Each registration covers at most one paper; for each additional paper within the same registration, we require to pay, in addition, the publication costs, that is, 80 € per additional paper. So, for example, one author with two papers, early bird, will pay 330 €.

Students (undergraduate, graduate, PhD) can be considered for a grant. In order to apply, please send an email to our local chair, prof. Emilio Muñoz-Velasco (ejmunoz@uma.es), with the following information:

• CV of the candidate (4 pages or less);
• a motivation letter with the commitment to attend both tutorials.

The deadline for sendiing this email is September 27th. If approved, the grant will include:

• Free registration;
• Lunch, coffee-breaks and gala dinner;
• Social visits;
• Accomodation from 16th to 19th of October, in a 3-star hotel in Màlaga.
