Equity and Dress

Please note that not all students have adequate access to professional clothing, especially with pandemic disruptions. There are students who have not had the means to purchase professional attire, didn’t need it during the pandemic, outgrew it, or have not had typical access to stores/events.

While our students are encouraged to dress in business professional attire for the fair, please keep these factors in mind while meeting with students.

Carlson does not have an attire expectation for employers.
