Recruiting Activities

Employer Site Visits

Employers interested in hosting Carlson students at their office (or virtually) can provide an up-close view to their work environment and culture, and give students the opportunity to network with leadership, alumni and recent hires. Site Visits allow students to explore your industry and the career paths within your organization.  Employers get the chance to meet students, learn about their interest in your organization and address questions in a more individualized setting.

Employer Site Visits typically last two hours and can include an employer presentation, discussion panel with employees in specific roles, company tour and time to network with key members of your team.

To plan a site visit, we recommend contacting your Business Development team representative at last four weeks in advance of the desired site visit date.  Once the site visit date and time are confirmed with the Business Development team, employers should request the in person event in Handshake.
