MSU College Biology

This course will go deeper into biology concepts and is geared for the college-bound high school student. Focuses on basic biological principles with special emphasis on the human species and nature of life. Includes scientific problem solving, biodiversity, human and social aspects of biology, ecology, evolution, cellular processes and organ function, human reproduction, human development, and heredity. Lecture, laboratory, and small group discussions.

  • This course is offered through Minnesota State University, Mankato as part of their concurrent enrollment program. Students taking this course will need to be accepted to Minnesota State University and then register through the university for the course. A student with a D or better in this class will receive college credit. Students must qualify through PSEO to be eligible to receive college credit.
