Finding your feet: supporting your child’s emotional wellbeing as they begin Reception or Nursery

Beginning nursery or school can be exciting for many children and parents, but this transition can come with many worries and stresses too. This 1.5 hours Webinar will look at ways you can support your child; through a focus on play, emotional regulation and practical supports. It will provide ideas to help both you and your child manage the ups and downs that come with this new start.

RICHMOND THEATRE PLAYS HOST TO YEAR SIX

To complement their studies on World War I, our Year Six children walked along to Richmond Theatre to watch a fantastic rendition of Michael Morpugo's book Private Peaceful. Thank you so much to our parent helpers.

RECEPTION ROUND UP

It's been another busy week in Reception. Writing numbers and full sentences, labelling fish and drawing shells to name but a few of the numerous activities our children have notched up recently. Outdoor classroom activities have included lots of creative work, including tunnel building and some beautiful artwork.
