Mrs. Wynn - Early Years Lead and SENCo


Hello! I am Mrs Wynn, the Early Years Lead Teacher, member of the Senior Leadership Team and Special Educational Needs Coordinator. 

I have worked throughout key stages one and two at Springside Primary School and moved to Early Years in 2012 to set up the new purpose built unit with my colleague Mrs Ashworth. 

Mrs. Ashworth - EYFS Teacher


I've worked at Springside Primary School for many years. During that time I have worked across all key stages and have had the pleasure of teaching lots of wonderful children.


I like to teach many subjects, but especially Maths and Dance as these were my passion at school. 

Mrs. Coop - EYFS Teacher


Hi, my name is Mrs Coop, and I am one of the Early Years teachers.

I enjoy teaching all of the subjects in school and I always learn new things each time we do a new topic.  I enjoy creating lessons which are fun and engaging for everyone in my class.


In my spare time I love to spend time with my children and really enjoy cooking.

Mrs. Hastry - EYFS Teacher


I'm Mrs Hastry and I teach Reception.  I have a passion for Phonics and early reading and I love to use fun and interesting ways to teach the curriculum.


In my spare time, I enjoy live music, camping, travelling and spending time with friends and family. 

Mrs. Martin - EYFS Teaching Assistant


I am Mrs Martin, I work in EYFS as a teaching assistant. I have worked in Early Years for many years and I still enjoy it! My hobbies include walking, gardening and travelling.


I am also the manager for the Before and After School Club (OSCARS) where the children can mix with children from EYFS up to Year 6. We enjoy a snack and make lots of exciting things. 

Mrs. Mansell - EYFS Teaching Assistant

I’m one of the Teaching Assistants in the EYFS Unit. I have worked with nursery children for many years and I am now enjoying working with the reception class too!


I love my work. I especially like playing outside and working with groups of children in the kitchen area, making scrumptious things to eat.

Out of school I like gardening, cooking and going for walks with my family and my dog Tito. 

Mrs. Ali - EYFS Support Staff

Hello, I’m Mrs Ali and I have worked at Springside Primary School for many years. I work with some children in the EYFS unit and take the children to lunch.


I enjoy walking and gardening in my spare time. I also like preparing food and look forward to feeding my family delicious meals. 

Mrs. Tomlinson - EYFS Teaching Assistant

Hello, I am Mrs Tomlinson and I am a Teaching Assistant in EYFS. 

I thoroughly enjoy what my job entails, which is seeing the children progress and grow in confidence whilst helping them develop their skills in all their subject areas. It is very rewarding!


My hobbies are watching football as I am a huge football fan!  I also enjoy walking and reading.
