Version 4.0 Changes
Reduced the cartridge size from 16MB to 12MB to save some space.
Changed more chip descriptions and chip names.
Reduced every WWW RV Navi's HP.
Some In-Game graphics have been changed to make the game to look much more different than the original:

Reward Screen
Startup Screen now displays 'Patch Version V4.0' and not 'Licensed by Nintendo'.

Barrier now nullifies 50 damage rather than 10. For really bad players this will make the game a lot easier. This chip can be get in the very early of the game, and it's MB capacity is only 8MB.
Original chips with extra Chip Codes are still not obtainable. Use the cheat if you want them.
Crosses won't crash the game when using SyncTrgr anymore.
Using SyncTrgr when you are in Berserk/Angry Mode (When you are red), SyncTrgr will make MegaMan's colour lighter, and the SyncTrgr animation will not appear.
MegaMan.EXE's mugshot changed.

MegaBuster Special chips (ShotGun, V-Gun, SideGun) are obtainable from the Gunner virus family.
BatCan chips are obtainable from the Catack virus family.
Astroid chips are obtainable from the Champy virus family.
HellRol chips are obtainable from Bass.
TriSaber chips are obtainable from the Swordy virus family.
StepCros chips are obtainable from the DarkMech virus family.
SonicBom chips are obtainable from the Nightmare virus family.
DblDrmSd chip is obtainable from the Nightmare virus family.
Stunner, Sparker, Shocker chips are obtainable from the KillerEye virus family.
MegaBuster Modifier chips (PunchArm, NeedlArm, PulseArm, BoomrArm) are obtainable from Champy, Shrubby, PulsBulb and Puffy and from their <SP> versions.

Virus Battler V5 (Battle #10) is much harder, because BlastMan has 500 HP and not only 300.
Crosses won't crash the game when using SyncTrgr.
MegaMan.EXE's mugshot changed.
All bosses have much more HP to make the game a bit harder. No AIs are changed.
Bugs
Please PM me on Discord (Zieldak#4625), if you find any bugs.
Fixed bugs: Using SyncTrgr chip while using a cross lagged or froze the game, it depended on cross.
Cheats
You can use this cheat to have 15 of all chips. This cheat gives you the new chips too!

You may use the .sav file as an imported battery in VisualBoy Advance
