This is a modification of an existing ROM hack. ONLY APPLY TO A COPY OF A VANILLA ROCKMAN 2 (J) ROM!

Dots on the Stage Select screen are visible up to Stage $06 ($07 and $08 can still be selected)

Final boss of the stage is made defeatable. (Defeating one skipped a HP subtraction routine. DARS' plan was to make the spawner's actions customisable depending on values set via an object in the checkpoint room before the boss room.)
Stage $00 is borderline unplayable because some graphics was relocated to make Stage $06 playable. It'd be possible to make both use the same graphics, but... eh.
