IV INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE «OPERATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES»
Dear colleagues, we invite you to take part in the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Operation and Reconstruction of Buildings and Structures"!
Topic: Problems during the operation and reconstruction of buildings and structures, ways to solve them.
Date: September 9-11, 2021.
Venue: Odessa, Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (OSACEA).
The number of participants: 100.
The number of foreign participants: Croatia – 6, Moldova – 2, Turkey – 3.
Purpose: To discuss the problems encountered during technical operation and reconstruction of buildings and structures; to promote innovative research in this area; to develop standards on a reliable scientifically grounded methodology of operation and reconstruction of buildings and structures.
The most important scientific results. Almost all leading departments of OSACEA (Reinforced Concrete Structures and Transport Facilities; Structures Made of Metal, Wood, and Plastics; Bases and Foundations; Building Technology; Architectural Structures et al.) take part in studying processes of operation and reconstruction of buildings and structures. There are more than 80 publications and 5 monographs on this topic alone at Reinforced Concrete Structures and Transport Facilities Department. 6 Ph.D. theses have been defended and 2 have been prepared for defense. 8 works have been published in the editions included in the scientometric databases Scopus and WoS.
In general, the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture employs at least 60 Doctors of Technical Sciences and Doctors of Philosophy who are acknowledged experts in this field.
Co-organizers:
1. University North (Croatia) closely cooperates with the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture in studying the process of operation and reconstruction of buildings and structures. Over the past 5 years, more than 30 joint works have been published, 4 Ph.D. theses have been defended.
2. State Enterprise "Research Institute of Building Constructions" is a leader in studying the operation and reconstruction processes and the main developer of standards in this area.
3. Academy of Civil Engineering of Ukraine provides scientific support and popularizes research in the field of buildings and structures operation.
The conference provides opportunities to participate in the following areas:
1. Problems encountered during the operation of building constructions, buildings, and structures;
2. Life cycle of buildings and structures;
3. Reconstruction of buildings and structures;
4. Problems experienced during the operation of bases and foundations;
5. Operation and maintenance of engineering systems;
6. Organization and technology of reconstruction work.
Working languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian.
IV МІЖНАРОДНА НАУКОВО-ПРАКТИЧНА КОНФЕРЕНЦІЯ «ЕКСПЛУАТАЦІЯ ТА РЕКОНСТРУКЦІЯ БУДІВЕЛЬ І СПОРУД»
Шановні колеги, запрошуємо Вас прийняти участь у роботі IV міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «Експлуатація та реконструкція будівель і споруд»!
Тема заходу: Обговорення проблем експлуатації та реконструкції будівель і споруд, пошук шляхів їх вирішення.
Дата проведення: 9-11 вересня 2021 року.
Місце проведення: м. Одеса, Одеська державна академія будівництва та архітектури (ОДАБА).
Кількість учасників: 100.
Кількість учасників із закордонних країн: Хорватія – 6, Молдова – 2, Туреччина – 3.
Мета проведення заходу: обговорення проблем технічної експлуатації будівель та споруд, реконструкції, розробка напрямів досліджень у цій сфері та розробка нормативних документів щодо надійної науково обґрунтованої методології експлуатації та реконструкції будівель і споруд.
Інформація про найважливіші наукові результати. Практично усі провідні кафедри ОДАБА (залізобетонних конструкцій та транспортних споруд; конструкцій із металу, дерева та пластмас; основ та фундаментів; технології будівельного виробництва; архітектурних конструкцій тощо) приймають участь у вивченні процесів експлуатації та реконструкції будівель і споруд. Лише на кафедрі Залізобетонних конструкцій та транспортних споруд за даною тематикою було опубліковано більше ніж 80 друкованих праць, 5 монографій, захищено 6 та підготовлено до захисту 2 кандидатські дисертації. У виданнях, що входять до наукометричних баз даних Scopus і WoS опубліковано 8 робіт. Загалом, в Одеській державній академії будівництва та архітектури працює не менше ніж 60 докторів та кандидатів наук – спеціалістів відповідного профілю.
Співорганізатори конференції:
1. Університет «Північ» (Хорватія) тісно співпрацює з Одеською державною академією будівництва та архітектури в дослідженні процесу експлуатації та реконструкції будівель і споруд. За останні 5 років разом було опубліковано більше ніж 30 друкованих робіт, захищено 4 кандидатські дисертації.
2. Державне підприємство «Науково-дослідний інститут будівельних конструкцій» є провідним у дослідженні процесів експлуатації та реконструкції і основним розробником норм у цьому напрямі.
3. Академія будівництва України організовує, виконує науковий супровід та популяризує дослідження у галузі експлуатації будівель та споруд.
На конференції передбачена робота за наступними напрямками:
1. Проблеми експлуатації будівельних конструкцій, будівель і споруд;
2. Ресурс будівель і споруд;
3. Реконструкція будівель і споруд;
4. Проблеми експлуатації основ та фундаментів;
5. Експлуатація та утримання інженерних систем;
6. Організація та технологія виконання робіт при реконструкції.

On September 26-28, 2019, the III International Conference "Operation and Reconstruction of Buildings and Structures" was organized. By that time, the number of participants had almost doubled – 197, including 8 foreigners, 33 researchers from Ukraine, 5 representatives of construction companies, 8 employees of executive bodies of Ukraine, in the field of construction. In all, 12 Doctorates in the area of Technical Sciences and 24 Doctorates of Philosophy took part in the conference.

26-28 вересня 2019 року відбулася III міжнародна конференція «Експлуатація та реконструкція будівель і споруд». При цьому, кількість чоловік, які прийняли очну участь у конференції зросла майже вдвічі – 197, з них 8 іноземних учасників, 33 наукових співробітника з України, 5 представників будівельних підприємств, 8 співробітників виконавчих органів України у галузі будівництва. Всього прийняло участь 12 докторів наук та 24 кандидати наук.

The II International Conference "Operation and Reconstruction of Buildings and Structures" took place on November 16-17, 2017. The number of people who took part were 102, including 1 – international participant, 10 – from other higher educational institutions of Ukraine, 2 – from other organizations in Odessa.

The International Conference "Operation and Reconstruction of Buildings and Structures" started on October 13-15, 2015. That year, 79 participants registered, including 1 – from abroad, 10 – from other higher educational institutions of Ukraine, 1 – from other organizations in Odessa, and 2 – from other organizations in other cities of Ukraine.

Міжнародна конференція «Експлуатація та реконструкція будівель і споруд» бере початок з 13-15 жовтня 2015 року. Цього року на конференції було зареєстровано 79 учасників, з них 1 – з закордону, 10 – з інших закладів вищої освіти України, 1 – з інших організацій м. Одеси, 2 – з інших організацій інших міст України.
The conference participants over the years have been leading experts in the construction industry from twenty cities of Ukraine, as well as from Croatia, Spain, Moldova, and Belarus. Scientists, representatives of local governments, specialized companies, and institutions. They stayed to share their valuable experiences and contributed immensely. In particular, reports were made by: Deputy Mayor of Odessa Ryabokon P.M.; Rector of the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Ph.D., Prof. Kovrov A.V.; Rector of the Prydniprovsk State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Savytskyi M.V.; Director of the State Enterprise "Research Institute of Building Constructions", Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Farenyuk G.G.; Director of the Construction and Technology Institute of OSACEA, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Sukhanov V.G.; Head of Reinforced Concrete Structures and Transport Facilities Department of OSACEA, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Klymenko Ie.V. et al.
Учасниками конференції у різні роки були провідні фахівці будівельної галузі з двох десятків міст України, а також з Хорватії, Іспанії, Молдови, Білорусі.
