Cutoff date for group rate is 9/15/2017.
Reservations received after 9/15/17 will be provided on a space available basis.
If the Group Rate is not available after the cutoff date, the prevailing rates will apply
for reservations confirmed. In other words, you snooze, you lose!
If you are an IHG Rewards Club member, don't forget to include this stay. The hotel should be able to to this when you are there.
Our group room rate is $129 plus taxes per night. The rate is offered for 3 nights prior to and 3 nights following the reunion.
Pricey as it may sound, this is a good rate for staying near the ocean in San Diego.
If you choose to book by phone, rather than reserve on-line, be sure to mention that you are with the USS Hoel DDG-13 Reunion.
If you call after the blocking date expires, you are at the mercy of the hotel and $outhern California rate$.
If you are uncertain of attending, make the reservation anyway.
You can always cancel easier than getting a last minute reservation - at another hotel because no rooms were available!

The hotel offers free 24-hour airport and cruise ship terminal shuttle service.
There is adequate parking. At check-in you'll be handed a complimentary parking ticket that can be fed into the parking machine and then expelled so it can be used as often as need be. Our cars can go in and out as we please.
Check-in is at newer Bayside building.
