2017 On-line Instructions

Our group rate is currently $129 per night for eligible rooms.

The default dates will be 10/6/17 checkin, 10/10/17 checkout.

Note: At this time, you can get the $129 nightly rate from 10/2/17 checkin, through 10/13/17 checkout.

Our group code for reservations will be "USE".

You can make your reservation through the hotel's on-line process once you've looked at the 2 steps below.

1) Choose your dates, number of rooms/adults. Then click on "Book Now"...

2) On the next screen, Click on "Group Code", enter "USE", click on "Apply"...

Even though the first method (above) might be the preferred method, if the first one doesn't work for you,

this one will pretty much get you to the same place in the end, but already have the "USE" code filled in

the group code.

1) After a few seconds, "Book Now" should appear near the top of the screen. Click "Book Now"...

2) Put in your dates, number of adults, and the group code of "USE" (should already be filled in).

Click on "Check Availability".

3) The next window should show you the price of $129, with your room choices.

Finish the process by reserving with a credit card.

You can always change your reservation, or cancel by 6pm, 24 hours before the first day.
