Peter's Story

Peter received a letter of demand from Traffic Management Services. He appealed it, but TMS rejected his appeal. So he then complained to NSW Fair Trading. NSW Fair Trading responded with the following email to Peter:

I refer to your correspondence dated xx November 2012 regarding Secure Parking Pty Ltd.
