Louise's story

Louise Roy's mother paid a $163 fine to ANCP. Louise was so concerned about a company that takes advantage of elderly people that Louise started the facebook group called The People Vs Australian National Car Parks. Louise become one of the leaders of the fight against unfair fines. Louise wrote several letters to ANCP and was eventually successful in obtaining her $163 back from Australian National Carparks on behalf of her mother. Louise wrote this letter to ANCP and received this reply from them.

But Louise didn't stop at that. She wanted to know who was behind this company that took advantage of her elderly mother. She wrote to her bank, paid a fee, and was able to find out the name of the account into which her mother's cheque as paid. Her bank told her it was made out to a Mr Paul Gyles. Louise was the first person to put a name to the owners of ANCP. Later when this website was started, we found out the name of the other owner of ANCP was Mr Victor Nudler.
