Srsic was an offensive/defensive lineman in high school and continued his career at Washington & Jefferson. He was a Division III All-American and a long time TJ assistant football coach.  Had a tryout with the New York Jets of the NFL.  Started his involvement with the Jaguars as a manager in 1991.
