Special Assignment

For those who are actually checking the website - this is a special assignment for you, if you want to do it:

Find an article either about Harper Lee or written by Harper Lee, who is the author of To Kill a Mockingbird. Read it over and answer 2 questions on the back of the article or on a separate sheet of paper:

1. What 4 things did you find interesting about the article and why?

2. What was the purpose of the article? How do you know?

Your answers combined should be a minimum of a 1 page written response (2 pages if you have big writing)

DUE DATE: 9/8/16 during your class period

DO NOT come to me and say "I have the special assignment" or "Here's the special assignment!" Instead, just casually ask for the Turn-in Bin and turn it in. If you tell me about the special assignment, I will assume you did not read this and take off 1/2 the credit.
