Eugene L. Fellows

Eugene L. married Jessie Reynolds on May 31, 1905.[1]

Eugene L. and Jessie had a son, Kenneth Fellows, on July 30, 1906.[2] The following picture depicts Eugene and his wife Jessie with Kenneth.

The next picture is of Eugene and his family with his brother James and his two sons:

On his 1918 draft registration card, Eugene indicated that he was an electrician working with the Michigan Railway Company.

Eugene L. died on November 12, 1960 at Blodget hospital in Grand Rapids. According to his death certificate, Eugene died from complications arising out of surgery to correct a perforated ulcer. However, Eugene’s granddaughter, Marcia Fellows, indicated that Eugene died after he was given the wrong blood type during the surgery.

Metcalf Mortuary handled his remains and Dr. Joseph Q. Mayne of East Congregation church officiated at his funeral. He was interred at Oakwood cemetery in Lowell.

Jessie died on February 8, 1971 at Butterworth hospital after a long illness.[3] She was buried at Oakwood cemetery in Lowell.[4]
