Lori Flynn Dr. Lori Flynn's technical work focuses on computer network research, information security, and mobile computing applications. Her professional experience includes network security research with Bell Labs, work with the core system architecture team on the multibillion-dollar SBInet network integration project, and network security consulting for the global Network Operations Center of Lucent Technologies. In 2010, Lori founded and directed a technology company, PTAS. She has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She has re-entered her technical career as an information security researcher, after a hiatus volunteering internationally for a year followed by starting a tech business. Darlene Flores

Darlene Flores has a strong technical background which she is now applying to web development. Darlene obtained her BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Her professional experience includes a concentration in digital signal processing and image processing as applied to HDTV and DVD applications. At Motorola, she wrote software to specify the design of semiconductors for MPEG-2 video decompression in DVD players and General Instrument cable set top boxes. She presented technical sessions on HDTV and DVD for engineering colleagues at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and provided technical support during customer visits to Sony, LG, Panasonic and Motorola in Japan. She has served on the steering committee for GETT (Girls Exploring Tomorrow’s Technology) and as webmaster/publicity chair for Society of Women Engineers - Philadelphia. (LinkedIn profile)
