Teaching

I have over two decades of teaching experience at leading international universities in the UK, Germany and internationally. I regularly lecture and hold workshops on (social) entrepreneurship, the psychology of entrepreneurship, well-being, leadership, innovation and culture.

Teaching approach

In my teaching I combine latest scientific evidence with practical professional experience. I engage students through experiential exercises and self-assessments. I am passionate about ingraining entrepreneurship and sustainability in my teaching as I believe that these are critical skills to excel in today's markets. Students' benefit from enhancing their entrepreneurial skills, which help them to deal successfully with uncertainty and to innovate. Attention to sustainability enables the building of resilient organizations and markets. (See for instance my blog and case study on resilience in the financial industry.)
