Cult Spirit Magic

After much debate we reverted to Runequest 2 battle magic. Thus, with certain exceptions, all cults teach all spirit magic. Exceptions are for background reasons, e.g. Yelmalio having no fire-based magic and Humakt not teaching dullblade, etc.

The cost was at Runequest 2 prices (i.e. 500L a point) but since cults prefer as much emulation of an ideal as possible then they would teach the spells listed in Runequest 3 supplements at Runequest 3 prices (i.e. peanuts).
