BrMSX for Windows

A port of BrMSX for Windows. After working on this for while, I dropped the project, because (1) I found windows programming to be annoying, and (2) BlueMSX was already shaping up to be a good emulator, and it made more sense to contribute to it instead. This emulator had a some nice ideas though, such as the keyboard editor and the fastboot (skips the boot and starts directly at the rom start address).
