Since “International Journal of  Recent Advances in Psychology (IJRAP) has been started with academic mission, so it wants to promote enterprise among the scholars.   There is no publication charge for research papers. 

Subscription: The scholars and institutions are to subscribe the journal to facilitate the academic mission.
