April 30, 2010 draft strategy documents for public comment

To achieve our goal of establishing a regional stormwater monitoring and assessment program, we have developed a scientific framework and an implementation plan that describe priorities, initial focus areas, and first steps to create the program.  Details about our process and proposals are included in the appendices.

The document title is: Revised Draft Stormwater Monitoring and Assessment Strategy for the Puget Sound Region, Volume 1: Scientific Framework and Volume 2: Implementation Plan

Thank you to everyone who took the time to send comments. The closing date for comments was May 28, 2010. We are compiling comments now and we will address as many as possible before submitting our recommendations to Ecology and the Puget Sound Partnership at the end of June 2010.
