Air Baron [fix]

Air Baron -- using the advanced rules -- is an excellent game, best with 4 or 5 players.

While there's a lot of chaos in the chit pulls for income, changing turn order, and dice rolls during fare wars, players also have a lot of tools (loans, foreign spokes, jumbos, and their SST) to help manage this chaos.

The problem: the event Strike can place a player both short on cash and with outstanding loans in a position where they can do nothing, except slowly sell off spokes to pay loan interest, for 3-5 turns in a row until the remaining strike amount is small enough to pay off. This is quite rare but, when it occurs, it is incredibly frustrating; far worse than, say, Fuel Rate Hike, where -- if a player has to disband some spokes to pay the fuel tax -- any disbanded spokes are not taxed and, after paying, the player is still able to play and gain revenue.

The fix: the event Strike, if the strike amount is not paid, lasts for exactly one turn. If a player chooses not to pay the strikers, the strike amount is reduced by $5 and the player loses the rest of his or her turn. That's it.
