Abstract

The notion of leadership confirms the capability of a person to manage, inspire, and activate of common people, accordingly, they interact together with interest an end. Sometimes, leadership leads to good purpose or bad one, yet, whether the goal is kindhearted or malicious, incredible pioneers are those people, who bequeath their own marks on history. As per the Turkish Language, the name Erdogan implies a man, who is born as courageous, veteran, a brave soldier or daring, warrior hawk".Tayyip Erdogan is a magnetic leader, because his power has had a portraying sway on the local and outside system determinations of his organization and that he shows a direct unsurprising with the exceeding activity style on his verbal record (Amin, 1). Actually, as acharismatic leader among the world's most celebrated pioneers, Tayyip Erdogan is seen, so the American Time Magazine confirmed that his strong talk made him in the highconsideration of nationals. This paper will discuss Erdogan’s political career; when he started as a member of The Salvation Party until becoming the President of Turkey, and it will show some light on his reformations in Istanbul when he was the mayor there, also it will mention that Erdogan established the peace transaction with the prohibited Kurdistan Workers Party, as well as it cite on how he changed the presidency and parliamentary election system in to direct popular ballot, in addition to his dealing with his oppositions, and finally, his efforts to subordinate Turkey’s forceful military.
