The productive transition of the Andean Region
This project aims to support a strategy for managing the production transition that the Andean region will face as a result of the consequences that the recent Covid-19 pandemic will have on the world economy.[1] To this end, the project proposes to: (1) estimate the impacts of these transitions, (2) propose policy recommendations for adapting institutional frameworks to these new realities, and (3) propose productive strategies to take advantage of productive linkages related to natural resources, as well as of the new opportunities presented by these transitions.
