Ladies team against the elements

The ladies team started the season, in thermals and windproofs at times, with a home match on Weds 29th April against Lancaster - nothing like setting off with a bang against one of the stronger teams!! Although we lost all four matches in the end, 3 were closely fought and, despite the wintery conditions, we enjoyed the match. The new pavilion was very well received by our visitors.
