Scandinavian Music Sessions

Join the Nordic Footnotes, a group of musicians that sponsors the 1st Saturday dance parties, and of course, plays for them.

We meet alternate Tuesday afternoons from 2-4 pm at private homes in Los Altos, or Palo Alto.. (South Bay Area, California). There is no fee/donation for these sessions.

We're mostly fiddlers, but other instruments are always welcome!

Our sessions are part rehearsal for upcoming dances, and part jam session. We learn new tunes, work on playing better for dancing, and just playing better in general.

Newcomers are welcome! Let us share our love of this wonderful music with you.
