NJ Dragon Boat Club will host events during the year to provide additional racing opportunities for our team members or support community events.
- May 15, 2011 - NJDBC - Breast Cancer Survivors Dragon Boat Challenge. After hosting the first NJ BCS Dragon Boat Series in 2010, our Pathways TEAM SOS NJ crew decided to host a similar event each year. The May 15 event will be our first one! Women, Breast Cancer Survivors and their supporters are invited to participate. Guests welcome to show their support! Racing take place along Johnson Beach between 10-1PM.
- June 4, 2011 - Lake Parsippany Open House @ Drewes Beach.
- noon-1PM: dragon boat rides
- 1PM-1:30PM: Pathways' Team SOS (Lake Parsippany's Breast Cancer Survivor Dragon boat team) Eye Dotting and Flowers on the water ceremony.
- October 9, 2011 - Daredevil Challenge @ Hoffman Beach.
- 9AM = registration
- 9:30 = instructions
- 10AM-3PM = Challenges.
