WBNY

Not much is known about who are what is behind the original WBNY. Oddly using a voice that sounds like a rabbit would sound (rather high pitched) and claiming to be supported by "The People's Committee in Solidarity with Rodent Freedom Fighters", WBNY would come on the air only at Easter Time every year from as far back as anyone can remember (60's - 70's?) to recent times. The central figure of WBNY is "Commander Bunny" who calls for "revolution" of all "furry creatures" against the "Ape-humans" and "Monkey-boys", characterizations for people. WBNY QSL'd via the Washington, D.C. maildrop in the 80's and 90's.
