Class Policies and Guidelines

Tuition

A deposit of $15 is required at the time of registration in order to reserve your spot in a class or workshop. Upon receipt of your registration email, an email response will be sent to you from Mystic Mosaics Studios with the address where the funds should be sent.

Upon arrival on the first day of class, the remaining balance of your class tuition will be due.

Cancellation Policy

Mystic Mosaic Studios reserves the right to cancel any class/workshop if necessary. If a class/workshop is cancelled, you will receive the option of a full refund or a credit for another class; its your choice.

If YOU withdraw from a class/workshop

* At least one week (7 days) or more, before the first day of class, your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $15 processing fee.

* 6-4 days before the first day of class, you'll receive a credit towards a future class, minus a $15 processing fee.

* 3 days (72 hours) or less, before the first day of class: No refunds or credits will be given.

PLEASE NOTE: Class credit does not guarantee you a spot in a future class,there must be space available, and you must call Mystic Mosaics Studios to register and send any additional class fees. All class credits must be used within one year of time credit is issued.

Missing a Class

We all lead busy lives and things come up, its understandable, however, please try to give as much notice as possible if you have to miss a class. A make-up class will be scheduled at the convenience of the artist and the student.

Inclement Weather

My priority is safety for my students and myself. I follow the Glynn County Public School Closing schedule, however, if you are unsure whether your class is being held if the weather is bad, please call the Studio at 352-255-3283.
