One of the most gratifying aspects of my mosaic career is passing on my knowledge to others. I've worked with students who will adamantly claim they have NO artistic ability, artists who work in other mediums, and mosaic colleagues...they all attend for different reasons...however most are looking to learn something new while having a fun and rewarding time.

I am always thrilled to see someone allow their creativeness to flow (even if they weren't sure it was there) and the amazing works of arts they create!

I teach at local and regional art centers as well as in my private studio offering:

    • one day to a few hours workshops
    • extended classes for groups (including birthday, bat or bar mitzvahs parties, bridal or baby showers
    • private (one on one) instruction.

There is something for everyone!

I share my tricks, some secrets, may failures/successes (you can learn from my mistakes), and my "go to" resource list. Some classes/workshop will have a materials fee which covers the cost of whatever materials you'll be using: variety of stained glass, vitreous and ceramic tiles, dishes, beads, baubles, shells, found objects, adhesive(s), your chosen course's substrate, grout and use of my tools. Depending on the project you may also bring personal treasures you think you might like to include in your project.

You'll learn the skills and techniques to be able to create mosaics on your own, and the encouragement to venture further out on your artistic journey, whatever and wherever that might take you.

The serious business is in the instruction, but the FUN is in the creation!

New Classes and Workshops are always being added, be sure to check back for dates and times.
