Suffering and pain

Suffering is psychologic illness and pain is physical illness. In both cases you can do something to heal it. But: Physical illness does not implicit psychological illness although most people begin to suffer immediately when a physical pain happens. Suffering and pain is not the same!

It is a decisive difference if you accept a physical pain and do not attach suffering immediately. Complaining about your sad and difficult situation does not have any positive effect on your situation. Suffering is not more than complaining about your sad situation. Put it away. Get aware of your suffering, your (probably inner and silent) complaining and put it away gently.

Be aware of the fact that your life is limited. According to this the only reasonable conclusion could be to take advantage from every moment of your life. Complaining and crying is only lost time.

Stopping suffering is simply your own decision. Stop suffering simply to save energy.
