Musk MIDI Keyboard 2.2 released

We are thrilled to announce a new version of our MIDI keyboard app.

This release adds a pre-installed General MIDI SoundFont.

This makes the app much more accessible to the general audience and first time users.

Other changes:

- Bug fix: The volume was very low in 2.1, when using the built-in iPhone speakers. Now the volume is lowered only when actually having a voice chat (MIDI via GameKit).
