CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR BOYS VARSITY & GIRLS JV INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM:
2009 Valle Vista LEAGUE CHAMPIONS
Alfredo Folgar had another stellar performance Thursday as he lead the entire way on the road to overall league champion. He was not to be shown up by his friend and teammate Brittany Arevalo who also placed 1st overall at the Girls' JV level. Our seniors really pulled through for us and all five of our scoring runners were awarded Valle Vista All-League honors. We put bad health that hindered our league 1 performance behind us and got healthy and ended up winning 2 of the 3 league meets in a most convincing fashion including the LEAGUE FINALS to win the championship and the #1 seed representing the Valle Vista League. In CIF Prelims on Nov 14, we ran a great race but ended up placing 7th with the top 5 from each heat advancing. Great job Vikings. Your legacy will last in our hearts and minds forever. Congrats class of 2010!
