Date: Saturday May 19th

Location: Dane County Regional AirPort (main entrance)

Time: 4:30AM – 7:00 AM

Items to Bring: Class A’s / Merit Badge sashes

Calling all McFarland Boy Scouts!

Please make plans to help honor our veterans by helping & conversing with them during the pre-flight registration.

Scouts will:

• • Help veterans out their vehicles when arriving

  • Help acquire wheel chairs if necessary

  • Walk with the veterans through the registration process

  • Retrieve coffee & breakfast items for the Veterans

  • Stand with American Flags at entry point, steps & elevators.

  • Have positive attitudes & respect for the event & attendees!

Please come back to the Air Port at 8:30 that same evening to welcome home the vets…It is truly an awesome experience!

Bring money for breakfast – Plan to meet back in McFarland at the Green Lantern after we have been dismissed.
