Cardio-vascular fitness is important, because it helps to eject radiation from the body more efficiently, and thereby raise the body’s threshold for EHS. Fitness is also believed to improve the body’s electromagnetic properties, such as, for example, conductivity, transmissivity, squelchivity (thereby reducing the body’s absorptivity), and emissivity.
