Bio-logging is an approach to monitor the condition of free-ranging animals in remote place by animal-attached data recorders with various sensors. The recorder stores a large amount of data during the monitoring and extracting meaningful information from the recorded data is essential to this approach. To facilitate data processing, I have developed the user-friendly computer program package, Ethographer. Ethographer provides interactive graphical user interfaces and enables users to analyze data without computer programming.
