Termite TV, Philadelphia / Buffalo / New York, USA The mission of Termite TV Collective is to produce, distribute and facilitate the creation of experimental and activist media that challenges the status quo and provides an alternative to corporate media.
Big Noise Films, USA - Big noise have been making high energy hard hitting documentaries for over 10 years. Makers of Zapatista, also created segments for "Showdown in Seattle" and "Breaking the Bank"
California Newsreel, USA - Film and video for social change since 1968. California Newsreel produces and distributes cutting edge, social justice films that inspire, educate and engage audiences. Founded in 1968, Newsreel is the oldest non-profit, social issue documentary film center in the country, the first to marry media production and contemporary social movements.
Chiapas Media Project, Mexico - For many people who live in the developed world use of video cameras, VCR's, TV's, and computers is a daily occurrence. But when one speaks with indigenous peoples about access to this technology they say it is only a dream. This is what the Chiapas Media Project (CMP)/Promedios is attempting to do in Southern Mexico.
Deep Dish TV, USA - Since 1986, Deep Dish has been a laboratory for new, democratic and empowering ways to make and distribute video. Downtown Community Television Center (DCTV), NY, USA - Founded in 1972.
