Directions: (http://Mapquest.com will get you close.) Most groups meet at the Old Inn. But double check with your docent. 1. From Winchester, Va, take 50 West to Capon Bridge, WV. In Capon Bridge, cross the bridge then turn right on Cold Stream Rd./Springfield Grade (by the white Methodist Church.) Proceed 8 miles to North River Mills. You will see the white N.River Mills Methodist church on your right. Proceed about 100 yards passing a house and barn on your right. The Old Inn (your destination) is the next long white house on the right. You will see a red barn across the road.
2. You can also take Rt. 522 North from Winchester. Take the Rt. 522 N. Exit towards Berkeley Springs and proceed approximately 12 miles through Cross Junction to Rt. 127 West. Turn left on Rt. 127 West. Proceed approximately 10 miles to Slanesville, WV.Turn left on Cold Stream Road (Springfield Grade, before the Slanesville General Store). Proceed 4 miles to North River Mills. (You will see an Ice Mt. Sign on the left about 2 miles from Slanesville. Don't stop there. A mile further, at the bottom of the hill, you will cross a single lane concrete bridge and immediately see a block house on the left. Proceed another mile to N. River Mills) Your destination, the Old Inn (long white house with a red barn across the road) is the second house on the left, about a mile beyond the bridge ("Bailes"on mailbox.) You will see the white N.River Mills Methodist church on your left if you go 100 yards too far.

Turn right on Cold Stream Rd./Springfield Grade, at Don's TV (Slanesville General Store is on your left just before you turn). Proceed 4 miles to North River Mills. (You will see an Ice Mt.
