 Please consider the average time available to present 15 minutes, plus a 5 minutes for questions and answers. (no more than 10-15 slides per presentation please)  We encourage workshop presenters and attendants to bring their coffees to the workshop during the break, to do some networking among participants and to take part in a panel discussion after the presentations are over.

If we manage our schedule tightly, we should be able to fit a final informal panel discussion before the evening reception starts at 18 pm.

We are expecting support for Powerpoint presentations, please make sure you load your slide deck to the machine in the meeting room III , or test the compatibility of your own machine with the overhead projector, half an hour before the workshop begins. Should your presentation require special equipment/infrastructure please inform us in advance so that we may forward your request to the conference organisers.
