Chapter 8 - Afterword

As I said in my introductory part of this website - according to my opinion there are several points, which community has to deal more seriously and sincerely. The following chapters were dealing with this points. My aim wasn't to show, that everything in the community is only bad. One may ask me: "If you speak in your website so much about love, which is patient and kind towards others, where is that love seen in your own website, which points pages long only at negative sides of community?" This question is justified, and I can only give some background information, so that you could see not only the tip of the iceberg, but also that, what is under the surface.

I joined the community in the beginning of year 2005 and I was excluded in spring 2006. I started after exclusion (2006) to translate community's topics from German and English into my native tongue. I managed to translate all the topics which community had published by that time, in all over 200 pages. I translated them because I saw so many valuable thoughts there and I wanted, that my fellow countrymen, who are not conscious about our community, would read these topics and would find something useful for themselves, too.

This community was my first encounter with Christianity (except reading the Bible alone). I didn't have any alternative and thoroughgoing point of view about it. I wasn't able to see these topics with others' eyes. I longed for some feedback from outside, to assess more objectively, what is right or wrong according to their understanging, It was difficult to find those, who have read the topics of our community. Our community's topics were and are accessible to everyone, but almost no-one knew/knows in my country, who are actually behind these treatises. The first names as a signature to topics don't say to outsiders anything about their persons, where they live etc. For today community has taken away all first names of topics' authors, which were existant there earlier. Also is taken away the topic about ecumeny in German website, which two authors are both excluded by know. Community has but created a new ultra-anonymous website against Taizé, where already from the beginning on there are no names mentioned as a signature (http://sites.google.com/site/testtaize1/). Community wants, that outsiders would accept first their anonymous teachings, but outsiders would rather prefer to read at first "The Fifth Gospel", i.e. our lives.

Coming back to the question about me: I sent my translations via e-mail to our community and I asked permission, that these translations would be published in this or that way, as they want. They sent me a short answer, that they don't need any contributions from me and forbid me to publish these topics.

Long time after exclusion I didn't see anything wrong in their doctrine, which is expressed through these topics. Every topic is tightly connected with the main concept about love. Step by step I started to see, that community's concept about love is very hard to combine with the love written in the passage of Matthew 5:38-48 and with the declarations in 1 Corinthians 13. My quite recent discovery is, that 1 Corinthians 13 is in community's topics almost non-existant.

I know, I could put also more positive notes for counterbalance. But because my former endeavours to deliver these good things in its whole context through my translations is seen by community valueless, then maybe my critique here is regarded more valuable for them. Because J.A. says in his apology:
