Pole Vault note: We will start at lower height. However, we will increase by 1ft till 9ft for girls and 11ft for the boys. Then we will progress by 6 inches. This way we are allowing the younger vaulters a chance to vault but we aren't holding up the meet with Pole vault.
Progression:
Girls: 7-0, 8-0, 9-0, 9-6, 10-0, 10-6,11-0, etc
Boys: 8-0, 9-0, 10-0, 11-0, 11-6, 12-0, 12-6, 13-0, etc
