The membership application form is below. Please print, sign and submit in person, by mail or email. You can pay by direct debit into the bank details provided on the form, most classes of members ship cost $20.

Note that for members over 95 years of age, no insurance fee is payable since insurance cannot be offered by our insurer in that situation.
