We will be having a pre-race clinic on June 8th, 2024 instructed by six-time Ironman finisher,

Kat Widmark! Kat will share her tips and techniques with you!

The clinic is designed to be instructional and will be open forum format, so please bring your questions! Below is the agenda for the clinic. The clinic is $10, and you can sign up for it when you register for the race.

- Background and Intro to Triathlon
  - If you're a first timer, this is the really good stuff
  - Basic information as to what to expect in a race
  - Orientation on the beach to get you comfortable with the idea of the swim
  - Review of race course/flow, including transition tips
- When? - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, June 8th

Where? - The Race Site at Clover Beach (meet down by the pavilion)
- What to bring? - Bring it all! We want to do a "walk-through" of the experience
  - Suit, bike and any gear that you plan to have at the race
  - This will help you find out if you have what you need or if you have too much!
