Another typical day in the Fraser Heights Library Learning Commons:  The final phase of our transformation from "library" to FH Library Learning Commons! Before:Removing shelves to make more room for 21st century learners:  Hundreds of books were weeded to create more room for teaching, learning and collaborating....   After: More space for BYOD, collaborating, learning and working....        A visit from Grant Lawrence, author of Adventures in Solitude, BC Book Prize winner! Check it out at your library!    Students loved Grant and his stories! Meet-an-Expert: (a weekly lunch time event with guest experts who come in and talk about their profession)   Library was packed today for this week's expert: a lawyer who is grad of Johnston Heights Secondary  Students had lots of interesting questions about his job, his education, and his salary and car (of course!)         Students create an Anti Bullying video for Pink Day using the iPads: YouTube Video   Teachers collaborating........
