Overview

Ethographer is a collection of functions that enables bio-logging data to be viewed and analyzed and that works on IGOR Pro (WaveMetrics, Inc.). By allowing users to analyze time series data with graphical user interfaces, Ethographer offers an easy approach to advanced analyses.

Ethographer has several features which include;

  • Transition matrix

  • Transformation of coordinate into UTM position

  • Calculation of speed, direction and turn angle

  • Creating a Google Earth file

  • First-passage time

  • Still image analysis

  • Graphical interface for R

  • Bootstrapping

  • GUI-base interactive function to built an original analysis program
