Check PlayStaiton Sever Status

Check - https://status.playstation.com/en-us/

Date & Time is Set Correctly on the PlayStation 3

XMB -> Settings -> Date and Time Settings

Recommend Settings Date and Time automatically via Internet
Don't forget to turn off or on Daylight Saving

Delete & Redownload the PlayStation Store App

XMB -> PlayStation Network -> PlayStation Store
Press "Triangle" on the controller
Select and confirm "Delete"
Relaunch PlayStation Store App to re-install and update
