Events

One of the main objectives of the E3 Group is to expand the acceptance basis of its minimum requirements document. Experts from other utilities, who might have encountered similar problems during a IEC 61850 SAS deployment and found there was no standard solution to them, are welcome to share their views and take part in the process of requirement identification.

In that direction, the E3 Group has participated (and plans to continue doing so) in some venues (seminars, energy expert meetings, etc.) where IEC-61850-related actors from anywhere in the world may listen to presentations from the E3 Group's thechnical committee and contact its members personally.

  • The E3 Group was officially presented at the Red Electrica de España headquarters (Madrid), in June 10th, 2009.
  • The E3 Group specification document was officially presented to vendors at a meeting held on October 5th, 2010 at the Red Electrica de España headquarters (Madrid).
