If You Have Health Insurance...

We accept most major medical insurance, including BlueCross and/or BlueShield, Cigna, Aetna, et al.  Depending on your policy, your insurance plan may cover acupuncture treatments in whole or in part. For most insurance plans, we will verify your insurance coverage and bill your insurance company on your behalf. You will be responsible for co-payments and deductibles. If you make an overpayment, we will refund the amount after we receive all payments from your insurance company. Be sure to ask about your coverage and benefits before service. If you have any questions regarding your insurance statement or charges, feel free to ask us first.

If You Have No Health Insurance...

If you do not have acupuncture coverage under your insurance or you do not wish to use your insurance due to a high deductible, we do allow you to pay a flat rate at the time of service. All rates listed below are time-of-service rates for patients who are not using insurance.

Initial Consultation / Acupuncture Treatment: 1-1.5 hours ($145)

Returning Patient Treatment: 45 minutes-1 hour ($95)

Herbal Consultations Only (without Acupuncture)*

* Treatment price does not include the cost of herbs

Fee Policies for Missed Appointments ...

We make every effort to be on time for our patients’ appointments and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. When you are late for an appointment, other patients may be kept waiting. Please be on time for each appointment. If you must change your appointment, call us at least 24 hours in advance. A missed appointment is when you fail to show up for an appointment without a phone call, or cancel without at least 24-hour notice. You may be charged a missed appointment fee of $35.
