Membership is open to all interested in quilting and the quilting arts.
The annual membership fee is $25.00.
Membership runs from July - June.

Payment must be mailed to the address on the form.
Checks should be made out to: "CVQGNY" or "Champlain Valley Quilters' Guild of New York".
